Getting started

What is Likerbuy?

Likerbuy is a product discovery platform that helps you browse and compare products from Chinese e-commerce platforms such as Weidian, Taobao, and 1688. We do not sell products directly and we do not handle payments or shipping.

How do I create an account?

Click the login button in the top-right area of the site and follow the prompts to register. After signing up, you can save favorites, keep preferences, and use other account features.

What is a buying agent?

A buying agent is a third-party shopping service that purchases products from Chinese sellers on your behalf, handles QC, packing, and international shipping. Likerbuy helps you discover products, while the actual transaction happens through the buying agent platform.

Is Likerbuy free to use?

Yes. Browsing and using Likerbuy is free. We may earn a small affiliate commission from certain links to support platform operations, but you do not pay extra because of that.

Shopping and QC

How do I find products?

You can browse by category, filter by brand, or use search to find products. We provide multiple filtering options to help you narrow things down quickly.

What are QC photos?

QC (Quality Check) photos are inspection photos taken by real buyers after items arrive at the buying agent warehouse. They help you understand actual product quality and appearance before committing to international shipping.

Are the prices accurate?

We try to keep pricing accurate, but product prices are listed in RMB and converted amounts can change with exchange rates. Final pricing is determined by the buying agent platform at checkout.

Can I compare the same product from different sellers?

Yes. Likerbuy helps you review pricing and product details from different sellers so you can choose the option that fits your budget and expectations.

Which buying agent platforms are supported?

Likerbuy supports multiple mainstream buying agent platforms. You can see the available platform options on product detail pages and choose the one you prefer. How do I place an order?

After finding a product on Likerbuy, click the purchase button, choose a buying agent platform, and complete registration, ordering, and payment there. The buying agent platform then handles procurement and shipping.

Do you handle payments or shipping?

No. Likerbuy does not handle payments or shipping. All transactions, payments, and logistics are handled by the buying agent platform you choose.

What if a product is out of stock?

Inventory is controlled by the original seller. If an item is out of stock, the buying agent platform will usually notify you and offer a refund or replacement option. It is best to confirm stock before ordering.

Account and support

How do I favorite a product?

After logging in, click the favorite button on a product detail page to save it to your favorites list. You can manage saved items from the favorites area in your account.

Can I change the display currency?

Yes. You can change the display currency in your preferences, and prices will be converted using the current exchange rate data available to the site.

How do I change the language?

You can switch the display language using the site language switcher. We currently support 11 languages, including Chinese and English.

How do I contact support?

You can contact our support team by email. See the Contact page for details. We usually respond within 24 to 48 hours.
